Rongomamau is an ancient Māori healing practice being carefully restored by its sole surviving Umutakarangi Priest of Rongomamau. It works with orooro — your inner frequency — using breath and awareness to calm your nervous system and bring you back to steadiness. When we shift the way we feel inside, our world begins to shift too.
Through traditional breathing meditation and resonance, this session gently guides your Ihi Rangaranga back to balance — helping you find steadiness from within and reconnect with the energy that surrounds you. These are simple, practical tools you can carry into everyday life, especially in moments of stress or uncertainty.
