From Ha piro to Ha reka: Changing the Critical Mind
The voice within is not fixed. It is an Orooro a living frequency that can tighten into heaviness or open into lightness. In this online wānanga, we enter Rongomamau as a practice of sacred reciprocity with the self, learning how inner speech becomes either disturbance or harmony.
Through Hi and Ha the feminine inhale of pre form and the masculine exhale of form we begin to notice how self criticism is not truth but a pattern of resonance that can be returned to balance.
In the space of Maorooro we listen beneath thought. We do not fight the mind. We attune it. We soften judgement into awareness and awareness into compassion.
Through breath reflection and embodied practice participants are guided to shift internal patterns and return to their natural harmonic state as Taiorooro the wave in motion.
What we will move with
- Recognising heavy and light Orooro within self talk
- Understanding how thought patterns shape the nervous system field
- Working with Hi and Ha breath to return to equilibrium
- Restoring Maorooro as inner coherence and still resonance
- Cultivating ihi rangaranga awakened responsive awareness in daily life
This is not about fixing the mind. It is about remembering its rhythm.
