Out with the old, in with the new … habits, that is!

We all want to be the most epic version of ourselves, and that starts with setting goals for the year ahead. But without the right motivation and planning, many goals are doomed to fail. Why? Because we fail to break bad habits, and give up on creating new habits.

This year, it's going to be different, because you're going to spend 2.5 hours with us. We're going to take a systematic view at goals and what helps and hinders them. In this workshop, you'll get to work on one or more of your goals, and set yourself up to prepare for an improved chance of success in all the goals you set yourself, by designing new habits and systems that really work.

You will walk away from this workshop with:

  • Goals that are structured for success
  • A vision of the identity you want to create by pursuing new behaviours
  • A compassionate understanding where you are at now in relation to your desired identity and the goals you've set
  • Methods to examine the systems and habits that can make or break those goals
  • A huge toolbox of techniques for breaking and modifying old habits, and creating new habits, using the 'fuel and friction' analogy
  • A robust plan to manage lapses and other barriers to goal achievement
  • Proven ways to boost your willpower
  • A plan for maintaining your 'new you'.
