CASUAL PLAYERS Enrollment for 13-Under

The Awesome Ball Hocki™ league is geared towards kids 7-Under to 13-Under, providing kids and their families the best of what youth sports can be: having fun, staying active, making friends, and creating great memories.

The 13U League runs at 5:00 PM on Sundays from January 18 to April 19, 2026

CASUAL PLAYERS

Casual players are players that are enrolled as a part-time (spare) player in the league. As a casual player you would pay a minimum enrollment fee* of $16.00 + tax and then pay a pay per play fee of $16 + tax per game when called upon to play. Guranteed a minimum of 4 call-ups.

*Enrollment fee covers the first call-up game.

A casual player is called upon when there are not enough players on a selected team, this would help prevent forfeits or cancelation of any scheduled games. This also give players that want to play but can’t commit to full time due to other commitments a chance to play.

How it works:

• Each Wednesday, full time players will mark their availability [Heja App] for the upcoming scheduled game.
• If any full-time players are unavailable for such game then the league will send out notice [Heja App] by no later than Thursday to casual players of such availability
• Once accepted, a pay per play fee of fee of $16 + tax per game would be paid via EMT prior to playing.
• Successful players would play with the team that had availability.

PLAYER EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION

ALL PLAYERS GEAR [Mandatory except where noted]

• Hockey stick
• Gloves
• Helmet with cage
• Athletic shoes
• Shin Guards [ball hockey or soccer]

NOT REQUIRED, BUT PERMITTED IF DESIRED

• Elbow Pads [soft]
• Knee pads [soft]
