DIY 4-Animal Mitt Making
This is a new rule I'm implementing to ensure as many people to enjoy the "high value" of connection, collaboration, and growth that these community building experiences offer... and of course the content (whether it be crafting, food related, wellness related, woodworking, Indigenous culture, etc).
By participating in this community building experience, you are not eligible to register for the next two community building experiences I offer. The This rule will apply moving forward into 2026.
The next community building experience you'll be eligible to register will be in February -- details will be live online in the 2nd week of January.
I have no connection to the Sunalta Community Association which offers their own programming... however, I will be collaborating with them in Q1 2026 on a Food Literacy Series (more info on that to come).

In this FREE community building experience, you’ll learn how to make your very own pair of 4-Animal Mitts, live, and in person.
The legally harvested Deer Hide with Fur has been gifted by an Indigenous Sunalta resident.
The other materials were purchased at a local store.
In the 6 hours, you’ll be thoroughly engaged learning to properly handle, and prepare all the materials, sewing, and construction.
Basically, you’ll guided on everything to make a complete pair of your own 4-Animal Mitts from start to finish.
At the end of the four hours, you may not finish your mitts, however, you’ll walk out empowered with knowledge to complete your very own custom handmade pair of 4-Animal Mitts on your own at home.
