We look forward to seeing you at the Spindle Document Management training course.

This 2-day training course for Sage 200 partners only will cover all aspects of configuration of Spindle Document Management, including configuring both Spindle Document Distribution and Spindle Document Capture with practical exercises that you will complete on your own PC. You are required to complete the installation of Spindle Document Management before attending the live course, you will learn how to do this via an e-Learning course.

This course is aimed at Sage 200 consultants who are new to “Spindle” software or would like to refresh their “Spindle” knowledge. It is useful for consultants to have prior experience in editing Sage 200 Report Designer Reports i.e. document templates.

Training will be delivered Online via Microsoft Teams and Classroom.cloud. The name of your VM (or local PC) will be required to join Classroom Cloud on the training day, please have this available. Details for joining the Teams Meeting are at the bottom of this invite.

Ideally you will have access to two screens, one to view the course content and the second to complete practical exercises. One of the screens can be an iPad/tablet if required.

Please download the Course Resource Pack and Technical Pre-requisites from here. Please view the Technical Pre-requisites and ensure all are met. The Course Resource Pack contains components you will need during the training sessions, please save this to your VM if you are using a VM.

IMPORTANT! From the Resource Pack please save the contained SpindleProDemo folder to the C Drive of your VM (or to the C: Drive of your PC if you are not using a VM), so that it is visible as C:\SpindleProDemo.

Finally, download the Spindle Document Management Software Installers from here, and follow an e-learning course to guide you through installing Spindle Document Management in preparation for joining the course. Please click here and select Sign-Up to access the Spindle Document Management Installation online course. If you have already created a Draycir e-Learning login please let us know and we can assign the course to your existing login.

If you have a webcam and are happy to use this during the training, please switch it on as it’s easier to convey complex concepts if we can see each other.
