*Your registration fee covers two days of educational events and meals. Attendees are responsible for their flights, airport transfers and hotel.

**You will receive more information on hotel special rates and other details upon confirming your attendance. The hotel cut-off date for our room block special rate is on January 27. After this day, the hotel reserves the right of charging their rates upon availability.

***In order to be awarded the full credit hours, you must be present, registering your attendance and departure on the attendance sheets at the event registration desk.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation of a specific course or program, participants will be immediately notified in writing and all fees returned. 
Refund Policy
Course fee is 100% refundable up to 2 weeks in advance.
Credit for a future seminar is given if a participant cancels within 2 weeks.
