Attendee Participation Agreement

I hereby request to attend the International Society for Cutaneous Lymphoma’s (“ISCL”) 6th World Congress of Cutaneous Lymphomas to be held June 25-27, 2026 (live event date) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, that may include recorded sessions to be available on demand after the live event dates for ISCL members and non-members ("Meeting"). In exchange for being permitted to attend the Meeting and the benefits derived from such participation, I knowingly and voluntarily sign and agree to be bound by this Attendee Participation Agreement (“Agreement”).

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

All registration fees will be refunded less a $50.00 + applicable taxes for refund requests received on or prior to May 25, 2026. No refunds will be available for cancellations received on or after May 26, 2026. All requests must be received in writing. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Submit cancellation letters to the 6WCCL Conference Secretariat at bernice@simplyeventful.com.
