In this webinar we will take you through the steps that you should follow to try to resolve/identify a problem with a Draycir software product, before logging a ticket with Draycir Support.

We will focus on the products that we receive the most Support tickets for:

  • Spindle Document Distribution (Standalone)
  • Spindle Document Management
  • Spindle Purchase Invoice Recognition
  • Credit Hound Professional
  • Credit Hound Cloud

You don't need to prepare anything to attend but you may want to bring pen and paper with you or some way of making notes. There will be opportunities to ask questions during the presentation and you will receive a copy of the presentation after the session ends.
