Stretching/Flexibility for Adults and Teens
We will spend the first 30 minutes on stretching for all ages and all levels. Participants will increase flexibility for daily activities, pain reduction, cheer/dance/gymnastics skill building, etc.
The second part of the hour (available as an optional add-on) will be focused on specific gymnastics skills. We will have stations to work cartwheels, handstands, front/back walkovers, handsprings, tucks, etc. This is meant to be fun and informal while following a planned lesson plan and meeting the needs of participants.
Parents are welcome to bring young children along free of charge as needed (staff member will not be on-hand to monitor them).
