Mega Volume is an advanced 2-day training course where experienced stylists learn the hands-on application of Mega Volume lashes offered at The Lash Lounge.

The Mega Volume Training combines virtual online modules, instructional videos, and hands-on applications that prepare the stylist for certification.

WHAT’S COVERED IN TRAINING: This 2-day course covers successfully creating a mega fan of 7D-18D lash extensions with a finer diameter and applying them safely to one natural hair. In addition, the stylist will gain an understanding of how to identify the best fan style, if using rapid fanning lashes, based on the lash line assessment, the 3 types of fans and where/when/how to correctly use them, what size of fans to use based on the natural hair assessment and how to customize the best design according to the 3 eye profiles. We will also cover the use of 10D and 12D pro-made fans.

WHAT’S REQUIRED: This Mega Volume training is an advanced application technique; therefore, we have some basic requirements a stylist must provide to be approved to take the course. Every attendee must become proficient at applying Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions before delving into Mega Volume. There are 6 required criteria a stylist must submit after registering for the class to be approved to take the Mega Volume Training. Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive an email with instructions on what and how to submit the below criteria. These MUST be submitted no later than 3 weeks before the training date to allow for review and approval by the training department.

THE 6 REQUIRED CRITERIA ARE:
• Stylist must be a licensed professional according to their state regulations (a copy of their valid license will be required to include with their submission)
• Stylist must have 1 year of lashing experience (either with The Lash Lounge or in general) and they will need to fill out their experience on our questionnaire and have an owner/manager initial.
• Stylist must be certified and proficient in all TLL services for at least 6 months and they will need to list the dates they were certified next to each service on the questionnaire and have an owner/manager initial.
• Stylist must submit a video showing volume fan construction using rapids fans and application of 3-5 fans. We will provide specific direction on what we are looking for in these videos via an informational video/sheet via Lash Link.
• If a stylist is learning mega volume with pro-made fans only, then their audition video can be done using .07 pro-made fans.
• Stylist must sign and submit the TLL Mega Volume training agreement.
