This is a special half-day (morning) camp for experienced (Competitive or JAD) divers. The camp will include sports-related workshops each morning (eg. nutrition, mental focus, taping etc.), followed by dryland skills training. Camp runs from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm daily
Requirements for entry: must have been registered in the KW Diving Club Competitive and/or JAD program during the recent 2025-2026 season OR be recommended to those levels for the fall of 2026.
