This is a 5-session series. Although each session will build on the previous, participants are welcome to attend any or all.

Time can feel like an insufficient resource: there’s never enough, we are chasing it, we long for more. Time scarcity is rampant in late-stage capitalist societies, and profoundly impacts our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Consider what could shift in your own experience and for the communities you care about if you developed a greater sense of time sufficiency. How might your feelings and choices shift? What meaningful next-right actions could become accessible? What cultural and institutional changes in your beloved communities could you newly envision that would contribute to creating a better-supported collective? Explore “time hacking” in this series for changemakers, where we consider key factors within your control shaping your experience of time, and hence your experience of this precious life. If you are open to the possibility that small changes can have outsized positive outcomes, this workshop might be just the container for seeding a next big win.
