Sojourner Truth School for Social Change Leadership

This four-part workshop invites participants to explore and define their unique leadership capabilities through a balance of reflection and applied learning. Participants will examine their core values, strengths, and leadership style while deepening their understanding of what leadership means within teams, organizations, and groups. Through guided exercises and dialogue, each session builds toward the development of a personalized leadership plan—one that integrates self-awareness with strategic action to enhance influence, collaboration, and impact. Previous or current experience in leadership, whether in professional or personal settings. is preferred for participants but not required.
