Thu, Feb 5, 2026, 9:30 – 11:00 AM EST
UAC, Close Hipp 3rd Floor (in-person only)
As artificial intelligence and automation accelerate change across industries, students must prepare for careers in a labor market defined by disruption and uncertainty. What happens when the careers they’re preparing for no longer exist? How can they be ready for jobs that haven’t yet been invented? Drawing on insights from economic forecasters, AI experts, and industry leaders, this session will examine how technological transformation is eroding traditional degree-to-career pathways and how advisors can help students prepare for success in an unpredictable market.
