Young Clergy Women International

Young Clergy Women International (YCWI) is excited to gather together with members, On the Road members, and recent alumnae for an in-person conference in St. Paul, MN July 27-30, 2026. 

Our conference theme is “Welcome to the Table: Honoring the Past, Empowering the Present, and Flowing into the Future.” This theme is inspired by 20 years of Young Clergy Women International (formerly “The Young Clergy Women Project”) supporting young clergy women in ministry.  

We look forward to 100+ of our members joining together in Saint Paul, MN to ground ourselves in Isaiah 25:6:

On this mountain the Lord of hosts will make for all peoples a feast of rich food, a
feast of well-aged wines, of rich food filled with marrow, of well-aged wines
strained clear. 

This passage reminds us of what it means to find ourselves on holy ground in a safe and secure place that is sacred; a place where self-reflection is invited and God reveals God’s self. More than that, it is also a place where people gather around the table from all journeys in life and all places, recognizing that just as relationships develop and grow richer over time, the work we are called to do in ministry also takes time. Through the keynote speaker’s presentation, discussion, and worship, On the Road members, YCWI members and alumnae will learn and collaborate across ecumenical, racial, geographic, and social lines as we explore what it means to fully welcome God’s people to the table and to live fully into the Gospel as we are called.

The Drury Hotel (175 10th St E, St Paul, MN 55101) will be our location for both lodging and the conference.
