Learning to create beautiful artwork using broken glass and other various textiles for interiors and exteriors. Glass can be mounted on wood, glass, hard canvas, balls, metal and pvc.

Introduction to mosaics, including textile use, tools, glues, designs and bases – – glass, wood, metal, terra-cotta, or concrete. The teacher suggests a glass, wood or terra-cotta item for use as a first project base. Students should bring a black sharpee marker, dap, glue and tools for cutting glass and tile. One will need to purchase tiles for projects. Hobby Lobby has sales twice a month at 40% off all mosaic products.

Using mosaic tiles to create art. Supplies provided by students, but teacher will guide you in what is needed.

Note from teacher: I am not able to give a supply list until the (you) students determine what project they want to make. But I do share all tools and supplies until the determine the project you want to create.
