* This form is used to enter the entries for the 12/13-12/14/2025 Regent Legacy Invitational Tournament (ONLINE) [Previously known as La Reina Invitational]. Please read the following instructions carefully.

QD Tournament Participation Requirement

- Students who are enrolled in any of our group classes during the time of the tournament

- Students who are actively on 1:1 coaching package during the time of the tournament

- Students who are in our Competitive Program

- Tournament Participation is subject to Coach & Admin Approval

Who is eligible to participate?

- Students Grade: 6th-12th

- Competitive class students - Classes include: interpretation, platform, limited prep, introductory debate, debate

- Varsity Team Students

- All entries will be reviewed for approval by our Tournament Lead coaches

How to fill this out?

- Please fill out one form for each participating student.

- Select the event the student will be competing in.

- There are 3 divisions: Middle (6th-8th Grade) and High (9th-12th Grade). Students cannot move down in division but they are allowed to move up to compete in an older division.

Deadlines:

- Register by Thursday, 12/4/2025 by 12pm. Payment by 12/9/2025 by 11:59pm.

- Any late sign ups will not be accepted.

- Any changes and drops after the deadline will incur a minimum $20 fee. Fees vary by tournament.

Tournament Fees

Tournament Service Fee: $40

Entry Fee Per Event for Speech: $35

Judging Fee for each SPEECH event: $50 (judging fee will be waived if parents can be judges)

Entry Fee per DEBATE event: $75

Judge Fee for each DEBATE event: $200 (judging fee will be waived if parents can be judges)

**Drop deadline is 12/4 at 11:59PM. No refunds will be issued after the drop deadline.**
