The Elder Class is a gentle, empowering program designed specifically for older adults. Using safe, low-impact movements inspired by martial arts, the class focuses on improving balance, strength, mobility, and confidence. Students learn simple cane/walking-stick techniques, mindful breathing, and practical exercises that support everyday independence—all in a supportive, welcoming environment built for every ability level.
