“Serenity Now” is a spiritual improv experience that quiets the inner chatter and cultivates presence, ease, and joy. Instead of meditating in silence, you’ll discover stillness through spontaneous movement, shared laughter, and mindful co-creation. As students practice removing judgment and welcoming whatever arises through gentle, fun exercises, they will discover how play can become a path to increased peace and openness.
