COBB PROBATE CLINIC-IN PERSON

The Cobb Probate Clinic is a free brief advice clinic for self-represented low-income* citizens living in Cobb County, or who have a probate matter in Cobb County. Volunteer attorneys advise on general questions related to filing an estate probate, adult guardianship or minor guardianship in Cobb County. Volunteer attorneys cannot represent you in court and are not your attorney of record. No attorney-client relationship is established by meeting with a volunteer attorney at the probate clinic.

A volunteer attorney will provide brief advice based on the information you provide. You may receive advice about which action to file and which forms to use in Cobb Probate Court.
