This gathering is a mix of reflection and connection. You’ll get a chance to look back on what this year held for you, reconnect with familiar faces, meet a few new ones, and share a little laughter along the way. It’s low-pressure, human, and designed to help you feel a bit more supported as you head into the holidays.

We’ll also share a few updates about what’s coming for alumni in 2026, including new ways to plug in, connect, and make an impact — and we’ll take a moment to welcome our newest 2025 Ignite graduates into the alumni family.
