* This form is used to enter the entries for the 12/13 MASQ Virtual Regional Tournament for Middle and High School students. Please read the following instructions carefully.

QD Tournament Participation Requirement
- Students who are in our Varsity Team
- Tournament Participation is subject to Coach & Admin Approval

- This Tournament is ASYNCHRONOUS (RECORDED PERFORMANCES)

Who is eligible to participate?
- Students Grade: 6th-12th
- Varsity Team Students Only
- All entries will be reviewed for approval by our Tournament Lead coaches

How to fill this out?
- Please fill out one form for each participating student.
- Select the event the student will be competing in.

Deadlines:
- Register by Friday, 11/28/2025 by 6pm. Payment by 11/28/2025 by 11:59pm.
- Any late sign ups will not be accepted. 
- Any changes and drops after the deadline will incur a minimum $20 fee. Fees vary by tournament.

Tournament Fees
Tournament Service Fee: $75
Entry Fee Per Event for Speech: $50
**No additional judging fee**

**Drop deadline is 11/28/2025 at 11:59PM. No refunds will be issued after the drop deadline.**
