Beginners Yoga | Tuesdays 7:00pm | 5 Weeks | School Holidays
This class is perfect for anyone new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics. Jamie will guide you through poses that help build flexibility, strength, and balance. While the class is designed for beginners, it can still be challenging! You’ll be encouraged to explore your edge at your own pace, with modifications and variations offered to make sure you feel supported. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve posture, or just move your body in a way that feels good, this class is a great way to start your yoga journey. No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore!

Please bring a yoga mat (we have a few extras if needed) and a water bottle and wear comfy clothes.
Doors will open at about 6:50pm. Note that class begins at 7:00pm, so please arrive with enough time to set up your mat and get comfortable before start time.

***Bookings are transferrable to one other person. The intention is that the pass is yours and the pricing reflects a commitment to attend. However, I know that life happens. If you know that you will miss some classes, you may share your pass with one other person. OR if in the unforeseen circumstance that you can no longer attend the remaining classes, you can share your pass with one other person. You must find the alternative person to take your pass and email hello@jamiecarteryoga.com to confirm the transfer. The alternative person will be required to register online.
