Yin/Yang Yoga | Thursdays 7:00pm | 4 Weeks | School Holidays
This class offers the perfect blend of movement and stillness, helping you find balance in both body and mind. We begin with a focus on flowing Yang movements (think strong and effortful) to build warmth and energy. We wind down with longer-held Yin postures (think gentle and supported) to encourage deep release and relaxation. Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a practice that nurtures both strength and softness, this class will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and at ease.

Please bring a yoga mat (we have a few extras if needed) and a water bottle and wear comfy clothes.
Doors will open at about 6:50pm. Note that class begins at 7:00pm, so please arrive with enough time to set up your mat and get comfortable before start time.
***We have a maximum capacity to ensure a comfortable and spacious practice. We have a minimum capacity to ensure sustainability of the class.

***Bookings are transferrable to one other person. The intention is that the pass is yours and the pricing reflects a commitment to attend. However, I know that life happens. If you know that you will miss some classes, you may share your pass with one other person. OR if in the unforeseen circumstance that you can no longer attend the remaining classes, you can share your pass with one other person. You must find the alternative person to take your pass and email hello@jamiecarteryoga.com to confirm the transfer. The alternative person will be required to register online.
