Come out to UNwind at our Yoga + Mat Pilates Fusion class with Maddie Smith, studio owner of Align Yoga + Wellness, on Thursday, May 8. This beginner-friendly class will be at our Locust Experience Center in downtown Des Moines.
⏰Class starts at 6 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM)
🧘 Limited mats will be available, but please BYOM if you’ve got one!
