New Year Intention-Setting Yoga & Vision Board Social Hour
Start the New Year with clarity, calm, and purpose at our Intention-Setting Yoga session. Lynn from Downtown Yoga will guide us through a gentle, mindful flow designed to help you release the past year, ground into the present moment, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. This practice is fully adaptive and welcoming to all abilities.
After yoga, we’ll gather for a cozy social hour where guests can create their own New Year vision boards. Choose inspiring words, images, and goals that reflect what you want more of in 2026—creativity, joy, balance, confidence, connection, or anything your heart is calling in. All materials will be provided.
