Another niche event for ten blessed people to get the most out of their Club by joining a Somerset event. A Club Member promotes his hand-built Alpine-style ‘Noatact’ log Cabin. See the pictures of his Swiss Ski-Chalet lookalike with extensive views of the delightful Yarty Valley!

Beautiful log cabins in a traditional North American style, using huge pine logs for the walls.

The lodges are situated in the stunning Blackdown Hills of Somerset and Devon. They are less than two miles from the border with Devon. With easy access to Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth, and inland, Honiton, Taunton and Wellington.

With low-season, mid-week rates, we can offer easier activities of 6-8 miles, Monday to Friday for 5 nights, with the option to stay on over the weekend for free!  Property booked until Monday, so up to 7 nights is £169, including food. We should have sufficient income for our in-house cooking.

Noatac, the newer of the two self-build cabins, is lighter inside. Though six places have been sold in the main house, there is still an Annex with a double and single bed in it, plus a Wheelhouse Glamping Pod, and a Shepherd's Hut with a single bed in each.  Hot Tub included. A working Sheep Farm, daffodils guaranteed, though lambs not expected yet! 

The property lies at 230metres above sea level, and walks will be up to 315metres above sea level and anything below! Ideas include a day at the Jurassic Coast (half an hour away) one day on the Black Down Hills. Walk Guides and Cooks are desired but not essential. 

Menu suggestions provided. Continental Self-Serve Breakfast, make your own lunches, bring home-bakes for ‘tea’, and evening meals will be communal. Evenings; light the fires and play games/books and some daily fellowship. The owner may even sing us a song.
