Class Disclaimer – Florida Real Estate Sales Associate 63-Hour Pre-Licensing Course (LIVE STREAM)

This course is the 63-Hour Pre-Licensing Course required to obtain a real estate license in the State of Florida. Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices, & Law sets the standard for real estate education in Florida. The 48th Edition provides you with the latest developments in Florida real estate law and practice and is designed to satisfy all the requirements of the FREC Sales Associate Course 1 syllabus. Every rule, Florida statute, and federal regulation covered on the state license exam is cross-referenced to assist with exam preparation. The end-of-course practice exams will help you test your knowledge and reinforce important concepts. The end-of-course final exam will be administered on the last day of class. All online students are required to sit in class at the school for the final end of course exam and achieve a passing score in order to receive the official Pre-License Certificate, which is required to qualify for the Florida Real Estate Exam.

Tuition & Refund Policy:

• Tuition is refundable prior to the start of class, minus a $60 cancellation fee and the cost of course materials.
• Students who request to transfer to a different course date prior to the class start may do so for a $25 transfer fee.
• No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be granted after the class has begun. Please note that if you are not physically present at the scheduled start time, the class is considered to have started, and no refunds or transfers will be provided.

Attendance & Classroom Policies:

• In accordance with Florida Statute, attendance is mandatory. Students are permitted a maximum of 8 hours of absence, regardless of the reason. There are no “excused” or “unexcused” absences.
• Students who are ill or showing symptoms of illness are not permitted to attend class.
• The use of cell phones, tablets, computers, or similar electronic devices is strictly prohibited inside the classroom during instructional time.

Course Format:

This course is offered online with a live instructor via Zoom meeting platform. You are required to download the Zoom meeting app on your computer or device in order to participate in this class. 

Online students are required to take the final end of course exam in-person at the school which will be facilitated by the instructor. 

Students must maintain an online presence by being on video camera during class times except during break times.
