Join Jamie for a 75-minute Summer Solstice yoga flow held beside the creek at Ginny Pig Distillery, Mount Compass. As the sun drifts toward the horizon and the gums soften into gold, the group will gather to honour the longest day of the year. This practice is a celebration of spaciousness, abundance and the gentle joy that arrives when we move in rhythm with the season. It will be a moment to breathe deeply, soften the edges, open the heart and feel the light of summer reflected within the body.

Together you will move through an uplifting, beginner friendly flow with moments of strength to honour the warmth and fire of solstice. Expect sun inspired shapes, spacious breath and a sense of ritual woven through the practice. As the light fades, the group will settle into stillness and take a quiet pause to acknowledge the turning point of the year. A simple invitation to feel what is expanding in your life and what wants to soften.

After practice the bar will open for anyone who would love to enjoy a drink to sip as the sun finally sets. This is an opportunity to sit together in the gentle abundance of community, nature and shared presence.

Two booking options are available. One for yoga only and one for yoga plus a gin flight (Flights must be preordered. Other drinks can be purchased on the evening.). If you would like to come early to enjoy drinks/food prior to practice, the cellar door finishes service at 5:00pm. You are welcome to hang out on the lawn until our event begins at 6:15pm.
