From Old to Gold: Hand Sewn Gifts Workshop

About the Workshop
Middle and high school students are invited to a free, 3-hour, hands-on sewing and upcycling workshop! Learn the basics of hand-sewing—threading needles, tying knots, and making simple stitches—while transforming an old T-shirt or other lightweight clothing item into something new, useful, and creative. It’s a fun, low-pressure way to build skills, express yourself, and even create a handmade winter gift.
