The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is for real estate professionals who have a passion for working with seller clients and want to take their excellence and service to the next level.
*Florida licensees will earn 8 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion. All REALTOR® attendees will receive credit towards the SRS Designation.
The National Association of Realtors® recognizes the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) as the premier credential in seller representation. How to earn the SRS Designation - Core Requirements
Step 1: Complete the SRS course

Step 3: Be a member of the National Association of REALTORS®
Step 4: Submit the completed SRS application.
