The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is for real estate professionals who have a passion for working with seller clients and want to take their excellence and service to the next level.
*Florida licensees will earn 8 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion. All REALTOR® attendees will receive credit towards the SRS Designation.
The National Association of Realtors® recognizes the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) as the premier credential in seller representation. The SRS designation elevates professional standards, enhances individual performance, and recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller representation.

How to earn the SRS Designation - Core Requirements
Step 1: Complete the SRS course
Step 2: Complete one elective (23 to choose from: Click to see Electives)
Step 3: Be a member of the National Association of REALTORS®
Step 4: Submit the completed SRS application.
