1st ECA GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2026

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming General Assembly, which will take place during ICE Barcelona on January 20, 2025. This event promises to be an exciting opportunity for the ECA to reflect on the highlights of 2025 and to network, collaborate, and share industry insights, while also outlining our strategic priorities and key initiatives for 2026 as we continue strengthening the Association’s role and impact across Europe.

Location: Fira Barcelona Gran Via – South Entrance (Av. Joan Carles I 64, 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona) – First Floor, Room CC1 1.4 (same room as last year)
Post-event: Joint lunch following the Assembly – First Floor, Room CC1 Glass Foyer (same area as last year)
Navigation: Signs will be strategically placed to guide you to the designated room.
Important Notes:
- Delegate Limit: Each country may send two delegates to the General Assembly. If you’d like to bring additional representatives, don't hesitate to get in touch with us beforehand to check availability.
- In-Person Event: To foster genuine connections and facilitate productive discussions, this Assembly is an in-person-only event.
