How to Put a Session Together

Step into a space of creativity, insight, and hands-on learning. This month, we focus on the art and science of building a complete Acutonics session—from the first intake to the final tone. Whether you are just beginning or deepening your practice, this session is designed to guide you through the process of crafting intentional, effective, and deeply resonant treatments.

We will begin with a discussion of session structure and principles, exploring how to translate client information, Five Element dynamics, and energetic patterns into a thoughtful plan. Then we’ll move into practical examples and collaborative exploration, learning how to select intervals, frequencies, points, and sequences that honor both the client and the healing system.

What We’ll Explore

1. Foundations of Session Planning

Understand the key elements that shape a session: client intake, assessment through the Five Elements lens, and identifying patterns or energetic imbalances. Learn how to set intention and create flow.

2. Building a Session Step by Step

Discover how to choose frequencies, intervals, and point combinations. See how theory translates into practice, and learn strategies for pacing, sequencing, and adjusting as the session unfolds.

3. Collaborative Discussion & Q&A

Bring your questions, reflections, and ideas. Together, we’ll brainstorm, troubleshoot, and refine session design, helping you gain confidence in crafting sessions that feel both structured and intuitive.
