This Month’s Focus
Springtime and The Element of Wood

Step into a space of renewal, direction, and unfolding possibility. This month we turn to, Springtime and the Element of Wood—the great rising energy that brings life back into motion, guided by the soul’s vision. Wood carries the soul’s impulse toward becoming: the stirring of vision, purpose, and the quiet knowing of where life longs to grow next. Spring invites us to move forward with clarity, resilience, and gentle determination.

We will begin with an exploration of Wood’s archetypal landscape—the Hun’s expansive dreaming, the Liver’s capacity for flow and insight, and the Gallbladder’s decisiveness and courage. From emotional alignment to visioning the path ahead, Wood offers a blueprint for harmonizing intention with action. Then we’ll move into clinical application, learning how to support the Wood Element through point selections, intervals, and frequencies that bring ease, direction, and coherence.

What We’ll Explore

  1. Foundations of the Wood Element
Discover the soul qualities, emotional expressions, and energetic dynamics of Wood. Learn how frustration transforms into movement, how vision becomes clarity, and how the Hun guides us toward what is possible.
  2. Applying Wood in Clinical Practice
Explore protocols that soothe stagnation, strengthen vision, and support aligned decision-making. Learn to choose Liver and Gallbladder points, intervals, and frequency pairings that restore flow, balance, and direction.
  3. Collaborative Discussion & Q&A
Bring your questions, reflections, and case examples. Together, we’ll look at how Wood presents in session, how to recognize its imbalances, and how to support its movement with skillful intuition.
