Harmonic Pathways: Intervals & Frequencies in Practice

Step into a space where sound becomes a doorway to inner and outer worlds. This month, I will guide you through the profound realm of musical intervals and frequencies, exploring how the space between tones shapes energy, consciousness, and human experience. Drawing inspiration from Rudolf Steiner, we’ll investigate how intervals connect the physical and spiritual aspects of life, and how they resonate within the body, mind, and subtle energy systems.

Bring your curiosity, your questions, and any intervals you want to experience more deeply. I will introduce key intervals, demonstrate their therapeutic qualities, and guide you in exploring how they inform session design, intention, and resonance. We’ll also experiment with practical applications to integrate this work into your sessions and personal practice.

What We’ll Explore

1. The Power of Intervals & Frequencies
   Learn how intervals (from the 2nd to the octave) express psychological, spiritual, and energetic dynamics. Discover their archetypal voices and how they influence the flow of energy in the body.
2. Practical Application in Acutonics Sessions
   I will teach strategies for combining intervals and frequencies to create specific therapeutic effects, balance energetic patterns, and guide the client’s experience.
3. Collaborative Exploration & Q&A
   Together, we’ll experiment with sequences, discuss the felt experience of each interval, and refine your understanding of how intervals interact with the Five Elements and archetypal themes.
