This Month’s Focus
Autumn and The Element of Metal
As summer draws to a close and the world begins to cool, we enter the season of Metal — a time of release, refinement, and clarity. Metal embodies the qualities of structure, discernment, and inward focus, helping us shed what no longer serves and create space for what truly matters. This is the energy of harvesting, letting go, and preparing for the introspective season ahead.
We begin this month with a guided meditation, attuning to the crisp, contracting energy of Metal. We will sense the natural inward movement of autumn — the release of clutter, old patterns, and emotional baggage — and connect with the spirit of Metal, Po, the guardian of boundaries and the essence of letting go. Then we will move into discussion and exploration, noticing how Metal’s qualities show up in your life, your sessions, and your energetic practice.
Together we will explore practical protocols, frequencies, and tools that honor this seasonal shift — offering clients and ourselves a space of emotional release, energetic refinement, and clarity.
Why This Transition Matters
Metal: the autumn element — Lungs and Large Intestine; the harvest of release, the letting go of grief, and the refinement of self. It is the time of endings, of discerning what is essential, and of cultivating emotional and energetic clarity. The Po, or corporeal soul, governs the physical and emotional capacity to release and grieve. Autumn invites us to honor this natural process — to contract, let go, and prepare for the restorative inward journey of winter.
What We’ll Explore Together
- Meditation & Energetic Attunement
Sink into the clarity and precision of Metal. Sense the natural contraction of the season, allowing grief, old patterns, and what no longer serves to be released. Invite the guidance of Po, the spirit of Metal, in honoring endings and cultivating boundaries. - Reflective Dialogue
Share how Metal’s qualities show up internally and externally — in your personal life, your clinical work, and your energetic rhythms. Observe how grief and letting go invite deep inner listening, refinement, and preparation for what is next. - Clinical & Frequency Protocols
I will offer clinically informed suggestions — point selections, intervals, frequencies — tuned for the Metal phase: for emotional release, purification, and structural integrity. Together we’ll craft protocols that honor grieving, discernment, and preparation for the next cycle.
