Grande Prairie Regional Emergency Partnership

This two-hour, in-person training session provides an introduction to the Grande Prairie Regional Emergency Partnership (GPREP). It is designed for municipal employees who are newly enrolled members, those considering enrollment, or members looking for a refresher. During the session, participants will learn about:

• Purpose and regional benefits of GPREP
• Organizational structure
• What happens during a GPREP activation
• The Incident Command System (ICS)
• Emergency Social Services (ESS)
• How municipal staff are vital to GPREP
• How to get involved
• Further training opportunities

GPREP staff will be leading the session, providing an excellent opportunity to ask questions, gain insights about GPREP, and explore whether becoming an enrolled member aligns with your interests.
