EPICS is a no-cost experiential learning initiative designed for commercial building operations and retrofit talent pools. who want to enhance their skills and advance their careers. The Enspire Potential Immersive Cleantech Studio (EPICS) Program provides immersive, micro-training modules to engage job-seekers and upskill early/mid-career building operators on best-practices for optimizing building performance, delivering retrofits, and reducing operational costs. These 2-hour EPICS Sessions feature:

• Immersive 3D Experiential Learning: Experience hands-on building systems training through VR simulations and digital twin walkthroughs that replicate real-world scenarios for commercial building operations and retrofits.
