Mindful Muscles
A yoga-pilates fusion class that blends strength-building exercises with elements of yoga and pilates. This class targets multiple muscle groups, helping to tone and define the body. This class also incorporates stretching and mindful breathing, making it a perfect balance of high-energy exercise and stress-relief.
Classes are donation-based: come as you are, pay what feels right (cash or venmo @Anna-Burns-79).
