Belmont Music Centre

This is a beginner music class for students, who have not learned keyboard before.

Please note the book is for Adult learners, and moves quite quickly through the early pages to chords, playing along with rhythms etc. It is different to a classical piano course.

Keyboards will be provided in class.

Students will need their own keyboard or piano on which to practice at home. 

We recommend at least 5 octaves (60+ keys) and touch tone, where students can manually play loud or soft notes without using the volume controls. Students will learn better having a keyboard that plays rhythms so they learn to keep the beat.
