Teen Beginning Acro
Free
This class teaches students fundamental acrobatic and tumbling moves that are performed on mats. Acro is strictly floor work and does not perform any gymnastics with bars or beams. Class format will focus on building core strength and flexibility while acquiring valuable skills. Certain levels will work with our Tumble Trak. Beginner Acro students will learn basics including forward and backward rolls, headstands, backbends and cartwheels.
