Welcome to Our Effective Supervision Training. This training is reserved for those who are currently in a leadership role, in which their titles and day to day responsibilities are inclusive of managing and supervising staff who report to them. During this training, participants will learn the elements of an effective manager, all while gaining a better understanding of how to implement the various models of situational leadership, etc.
