Canada's most accomplished BBQ team lays everything on the table! 
All secrets revealed, including 2025 recipes and actual techniques
All 4 meats cooked start to finish in real time
Hot & Fast program, but will discuss low & slow and answer all questions
Meat selection, trimming, injection, cooking, fire & smoke management, timelines, processing, presentation
Probe the meats, taste the finished product, sample perfect texture with your own bite
Chef's Choice / Ancillary strategies
Welcome dinner and hot breakfast included
Class held in our custom-built classroom studio in Regina. Will seek special hotel rates.
$700 Cdn - less than you'd spend cooking a single contest.

Class Details:
Date and time:  April 17 & 18
Friday welcome social (BYOB) 3 PM.  Dinner at 5:00. Class runs 6-10 (ish)
Saturday start cooking at 8; box presentations run 12-3.  Q&A to follow.  Class ends at 4.  Social night to follow.
