Mindful Kids Academy

A welcoming yoga class for caretakers and little ones (0–4 years). Each session blends mindful movement for adults with fun, age-appropriate practices for children—introducing them to breath, stretching, and stillness in a playful way. Kids are free to wiggle, make noise, or explore the room, while still being gently included in the flow of class. Together, you’ll share movement, calm, and connection in a supportive community.
