Moving with Breath: GYROKINESIS(R) Cardiovascular Breathing
Course Description
Gentle movement, combined with tapping and various breathing patterns, will revive your inner “motor” and provide you with energy, and a sense of calm and well-being. This course will help people who are feeling out of shape, dealing with allergies, asthma, COPD or anyone who wants to start their day with gentle movement, coupled with a variety of breathing patterns.
The exercises will be done seated, and then standing, for those who choose to stand.
Required Materials. All you need is a firm stool, or a chair without arms, allowing enough space around you to move your arms freely, and to stand and swing your arms freely.
Prepare for first class. If possible, set up your chair several feet away from the computer screen, so the full body is visible.
