Courses can be delivered at our dedicated training site—designed with high-quality learning in mind—or at your workplace, saving time and reducing additional travel costs. Additional learning support can be provided upon request.

Every learner attending our FREC Level 3 programme will receive:

Intended Audience

The Qualsafe First Response Emergency Care (Level 3 RQF) qualification is ideal for those looking to work or volunteer as a first responder. First responders are often among the first to arrive at an incident and may include:

  • Door Supervisors and Close Protection Operatives

Course Overview

This hands-on, informative 5-day course meets the competencies defined within the PHEM (Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine) Skills Framework at Descriptor Level D. It provides the knowledge and practical skills required to manage a wide range of pre-hospital emergencies.

The Qualsafe First Response Emergency Care (Level 3 RQF) qualification includes:

Payment & Cancellation Terms

By booking a course with JWC First Aid Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once a place is confirmed.
  • Cancellations within 3 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Full course fees must be paid before attending, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Non-attendance on the day of the course is charged at 100% of the course fee.
  • Course places are non-transferable without prior written agreement.
  • Requests to transfer to another course date must be made more than 7 days in advance. Transfers within 7 days may incur an administration fee and depend on availability.
  • If JWC First Aid Ltd cancels or reschedules, learners may choose a full refund or a free transfer to another date.
  • Learners must ensure they meet all prerequisite requirements (if applicable) before attending.
  • Certificates will only be issued once full payment has been received and all course elements successfully completed.
