By booking an onsite course with JWC First Aid Ltd, you agree to the following:
- Deposits are non-refundable once a course date is confirmed.
- Cancellations within 3 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
- Full course fees must be paid prior to training, unless otherwise agreed.
- Non-attendance is charged at 100% of the course fee.
- Course places are non-transferable without written agreement.
- Transfer requests must be made more than 7 days in advance.
- If JWC First Aid cancels or reschedules, we will provide a full refund or free transfer.
- Certificates are issued once full payment has been received and all assessments are successfully completed.
