This intensive three-day workshop is open to graduates of Wilderness First Responder courses completed within the last 3 years. Successful graduates of this course will receive Wilderness Medical Associates’ Wilderness First Responder, Anaphylaxis, and Basic Life Support/Healthcare Provider-level CPR certifications.  

Wilderness Medical Associates (WMA) has been teaching wilderness medicine courses throughout the country for over a decade and is recognized nationwide as a leader in the field of wilderness first aid. All WMA instructors have substantial experience in emergency medicine, backcountry trekking, and teaching.

Participants are expected to make their own lodging and meal reservations for this course. Lodging is available at the on-site Adirondak Loj and course participants receive a 20% discount.
