Level 1 Improv Fundamentals
In this intro, no-experience-necessary, class, you'll learn the basics of improvisation, how to say "yes, and," and how to collaborate, support, and be creative as a group. Improv Level 1 builds confidence, communication skills, and teaches the principles of teamwork. This six-week class explores the principles of listening, agreement, spontaneity, emotion, and support. It will train your brain for creative thinking and inspire you to have fun! Students will learn the groundwork for the creative magic of improvising stories together.
There is no performance at the end of the class. This class is appropriate no matter your improv goals and whether or not you wish to perform!
